Who is this workshop for?

​

 

If you are going to embark on a path of inner healing with Ghada, you will need to learn that she hold the space between you in mutual respect, equality, honour and grace.

​

 

She only chooses to take on board those who are committed to their healing, she does not believe in the path of least resistance, neither does she do quick fixes, quick wins or shortcuts in a humane healing experience, and will always be guided with your readiness. She believes healing is non-linear and the shedding of trauma layers can be, both; painful and fun.

 

This is suitable for those who have done initial work on their self-knowledge and exploration. Those who want to reach to higher understanding of the depth of their psyche and start resolving their traumas and patterns of self-sabotage, faulty conditioning and limiting beliefs that are costing to feel unhealthy, unwell, overwhelmed or always challenged by life.
